Agent Level Media is operated by 2284555 Ontario Inc. We provide AI receptionist, lead-response, appointment-booking, missed-call recovery, communication automation, and related business technology services.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing our website, using a demonstration, communicating with us, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the applicable website feature or service.

A proposal, order form, service agreement, or statement of work may contain additional terms. If a signed customer agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement governs the services covered by that agreement.

Our services

The information on our website describes our services generally. Features, pricing, implementation requirements, integrations, timelines, and deliverables may vary based on the customer’s needs and technical environment.

We may update, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue a website feature or demonstration when reasonably necessary.

AI-assisted demonstrations

Our website may include AI-powered voice, chat, or messaging demonstrations. These demonstrations are provided to illustrate potential functionality and may not represent a final customer deployment.

AI-generated responses may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on a demonstration for legal, medical, financial, emergency, or other professional advice. Please do not submit sensitive personal, medical, financial, legal, password, or account-access information through a demonstration unless we have directed you to an approved secure process.

No guaranteed results

Examples, estimates, case studies, revenue opportunities, conversion figures, and performance discussions are illustrative. Business results depend on factors including lead volume, demand, pricing, service quality, customer response processes, implementation, and market conditions.

We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, appointments, sales, customers, revenue, savings, or other business outcome unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our website, demonstrations, or services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, carrier rule, or industry standard.
• Send spam, deceptive messages, or communications without the required consent.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, mislead, or defraud another person.

SMS messaging terms

The Agent Level Media SMS Program sends messages only to people who have provided the required consent or who have initiated a permitted conversation with us.

Messages may include responses to inquiries, requested information, demo follow-up, appointment confirmations and reminders, customer-care messages, service notifications, and promotional updates where separate marketing consent has been provided.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel.
• Reply HELP for help.
• After opting out, you may rejoin by completing the applicable opt-in process again.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing a product or service. SMS consent applies only to Agent Level Media and the messaging purpose disclosed when consent is collected.

Mobile information and messaging consent will not be sold, shared, rented, or provided to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging-related information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Agent Level Media name, branding, website content, designs, demonstrations, workflows, written materials, graphics, and software configurations are owned by or licensed to Agent Level Media.

Third-party services

This includes loss of revenue, profit, opportunity, customer relationships, data, goodwill, or business continuity. Any liability terms contained in a signed customer agreement apply to the services covered by that agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes relating to these terms or the website will be subject to the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services, legal obligations, carrier requirements, or business practices change. The effective date shown above identifies the current version.
